Viewing points and achievements earned

  1. Log in to your Achieve3000 Teacher’s Edition.
  2. Click Admin at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the + sign to expand Student Work.
  4. Select Points and Achievements.
  5. The page that appears has a series of drop-down boxes. Use them to customize your report as desired. 
  • Who should we include in this report? You may select a class in this section or run the report for all classes. If desired, you can narrow down the report to classes from a particular content area. You can also select an individual user to view work completed by that particular user only.
  • Which type of users should we include? The report defaults to include students only.
  • What date range should we look at? By default, the report date range is defaulted to the school year start and end dates. Edit the start and end dates as desired.
  • How should we summarize the results? By default, Summarize them by class is selected. Select Summarize them by grade to see the information organized by grade. Select Show information on every user to see one entry for each student.
  1. Click View Report.
  2. The report displays points and achievements totals in the date range selected and year-to-date for classes and for individual students.
  3. To view even more details, click a student name from the Points and Achievements Report. Details include teacher-awarded and system-awarded points and achievements totals, as well as all points and achievements listed by date earned.
  4. To print the report, click Send to Printer at the top of the screen.
  5. To export the report into an Excel spreadsheet, click Export to Excel at the top of the screen. If you are prompted to open or save, click the desired option.
  6. Click Save and Close.
