Printing LevelSet test results for parents/guardians

These letters are only available to district and school administrators.

  1. Log in to your Achieve3000 Teacher’s Edition.
  2. Click Admin at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the + sign to expand Home Communications and select LevelSet results.
  4. The page that appears has a series of drop-down boxes. Use the drop-down boxes to customize your report. If desired, you can narrow down the report to classes from a particular content area. You can also select an individual class or even an individual user.

    If your class is a Dual Language class, you have the option of running the reports for English-speaking students or Spanish-s,peaking students only. Change the Which Language? drop down list to the desired language.

  5. Click View Report.
  6. The report that appears contains a customized letter for each student you selected. The letter contains the student’s name and Lexile score(s). When the report is run for LevelSet interim- or post-test, the letter also contains information about expected and actual gains.

    Students who are associated to a Dual Language class will have two LevelSet letters—one for the English language assessment and one for the Spanish language assessment.

  7. To print the report, click Send to Printer at the top of the screen. Each letter prints on a separate page.
